
A Bangalore-based software engineer, who was wrongly jailed for 50 days by the Pune cyber crime cell last year, has sued the city police. Lakshmana Kailash K was arrested from his home in Bangalore by eight Pune policemen on the basis of the IT Act on August 31, 2007.
