A special CBI court in Ambala has ordered framing of charges against Dera Sacha Sauda Chief, Baba Gurmeet Singh Ram Rahim in a rape case. The baba had been charged for sexually assaulting women followers of the Dera Sect at the Sirsa premises. He has been booked under sections 376 and 506 of the IPC. The CBI is also investigating two more charges against the sect chief.
