It's not just MNS in Maharashtra which is forcing diktats on people. Two months ago, the Karnataka government had told all shops and establishments to implement an old rule which makes Kannada boards mandatory. Most shop keepers have already obliged there. Unlike Mumbai, there was no hue and cry over it.
Raj has threatened to unleash MNS workers if his orders are defied.
