A 15-year-old girl was allegedly raped by a police head constable at the Sahibabad police station, a senior police officer said on Saturday. Head constable Shyampal, who is related to the victim, picked her up from Bhajanpura on the pretext of recording her statement in a police case.
The girl was taken to a hospital where a medical examination confirmed rape.
