
A special court in Ghaziabad on Friday granted bail to Krishna and Rajkumar, prime accused in the sensational Aarushi Talwar murder case. The CBI court granted the bail to both the accused for two sureties of Rs 25,000 each. CBI's case to keep the accused under custody for the fear of them tampering with evidence fell flat as the court refused to buy the argument.
The bail applications of the two main accused will be heard on Friday.
