The domestic outsourcing market is just opening up as compared to the overseas one that Indian BPOs cracked long ago. But there are not too many companies looking to bite into the Indian pie as the profits are low. But there are some BPOs who are positive about its potential and have decided to mark their presence there.
The annual listing also ranked Genpact No. 8 among 4,500 outsourcing vendors.
