Honesty may no more be a priority on the mind of an Indian job seeker. According to a survey by First Advantage, a US-based multinational background check firm, three out of every 10 job seekers in India fake their CVs to get a job. And the malpractice is not merely a notional one.
A study by employee-screening group suggests a fifth of CVs submitted for job applications contain significant lies.
