The UN conference on climate change opened in Bali on Monday. The setting — an idyllic beach resort in a tourist's paradise. More than 10,000 people, from 190 countries participated and the delegates hope to agree on a roadmap that will lead to a new treaty, to replace the Kyoto Protocol.
The historic UN meet on global warming has started in Bali in Indonesia.
