Senior Supreme Court advocate and constitutional expert Fali S Nariman speaking exclusively to Karan Thapar on Devil's Advocate said that former chief justice Y K Sabharwal must come out and volunteer for an inquiry to clear himself of the charges levelled against him. Nariman added that in his opinion the Delhi High Court judges “acted without wisdom” when they charged the four Mid-Day journalists for contempt of court.
Nariman said the HC was wrong in charging the four Mid-Day journalists.
