
Today is the World Laughter Day — a day solely devoted to bringing cheer to an otherwise mundane day-to-day life. World Laughter Day was first observed in Mumbai back in January 1998, it was started by Dr Madan Kataria, the founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga Movement.
Laughing heals your immune system, dulls your pain, improves your memory, lowers blood pressure, and performs other wondrous feats.
