A shocking incident took place in Bhubaneswar's biggest government hospital when a deaf-mute girl was raped by an employee. Twenty-three-year-old Sanju was allegedly raped by the hospital sweeper in the toilet. She is now suffering from trauma, ruling out the possibility of conducting a medical examination to determine the rape.
