Yusuf, who is gangster Tiger Memon's younger brother, has filed an application in the court stating that he is not mentally fit. He was convicted by the TADA special court for allowing his flat to be used for hatching the conspiracy for the 1993 Mumbai serial blasts. The TADA Court had earlier convicted 100 persons for their involvement in the serial blasts, which left 257 persons dead and over 500 injured.
