Sarita, a mother of two minor girls, committed suicide at the state police headquarters in Panchkula near last week after senior police officers failed to take action on her complaint against the two constables of Rohtak who had allegedly raped her in April.
The court has expressed doubts if the police force will allow a fair trial in the case.
