The Human Development Report 2007 is set to be released a month. But for the first time it focuses on the human development cost of climate change. While there's been consistent progress in areas like literacy, poverty alleviation and nutrition, the report says we could be the first generation to see a drop in these development indices because of global warming.
Despite all that's wrong with the city, a whopping 82 per cent of respondents want to continue living in Delhi.
