Exclusive: I know who killed Scarlette, says mother

Murdered British teenager Scarlette Keeling's mother Fiona McKeown is back in London after meeting a string of officials in India. In an exclusive interview with CNN-IBN, Fiona said she knew who killed her daughter. She also said the CBI was taking too long to solve the case. “I feel that it's taking a bit too long but the British Counsellor told me that this is normal and in fact moving quite fast in comparison to other cases,” she said.
