Capital's newest nightmare, the biker gang reportedly struck again on Friday night. The gang tried to snatch a bag from a West Delhi resident Trilok Chand, they shot at him and fled. The victim escaped with minor injuries on his right arm. Delhi has seen more than eight shooting incidents in the last 15 days.
Police has started taking action not just against the minors but the parents too.
