BPTP bags Rs 5,000 crore Noida land deal

Delhi based BPTP has landed India's largest land deal. In an auction by the Noida authority, BPTP won 95 acres for a whopping Rs 5,006 crores. This works out to Rs 1.31 lakhs a square meter or Rs 52.60 crores an acre. BPTP will have to pay 25 per cent of this amount upfront and the company says the entire deal will be mainly funded by internal accruals.
