No Indian connection in Mira Nair’s next film

Director Mira Nair is no stranger to awards. The last one she got was the India Abroad Person of the Year Award for 2007, which she was given at a ceremony in New York. Nair received critical kudos for her last feature, The Namesake. Her next film, however, will not have a strong Indian connection. It is the biopic about a pioneering American aviator. CNN-IBN’s Anirudh Bhattacharyya finds out more about the film from Nair.
