That's the claim made by the National Security Adviser MK Narayanan in an exclusive interview to CNN-IBN. Aziz was killed a fortnight ago during a Hurryiat protest rally, a killing that spurred the azadi agitation in the Valley. The NSA also said that Kashmir Valley would return to a semblance of normalcy within the next seven to 10 days.
An officer said curfew would also be relaxed in a phased manner.
